H.S.A Wolverines Summer Youth Basketball Camp
The Herreid/Selby Area Wolverines Basketball Coaches (Boys & Girls) will host a summer youth basketball camp this summer on June 11th & 12th. Camp details including dates/times, ages and cost can be found below.
Attention MS and HS Parents/Guardians: Midterm grades were posted today Friday, April 19. Please check DDN Campus in order to see your child's progress. If your child's teacher has entered grades after this date, it will be reflected on the Quarter (in progress) grade. As a reminder, we will no longer be sending out hard copies of the midterm grades.

Selby Golf Announcement - Due to cold and inclement weather projected in Ipswich on Saturday (4/20/24), the golf meet has been cancelled.
Selby Golf Announcement - The JH/JV/V golf meet @ Eureka tomorrow (4/18/24) has been postponed (TBD).
Due to cold and inclement weather projected in Lemmon on Saturday (4/20/24), Herreid-Selby will not participate.

Congratulations to our boys and girls javelin throwers for setting new records - (Nathan Schumacher - 107ft, Mya Ebel - 79'7" - Previously held by Fisher Beck 69'4")
Congratulations to Gavin Hirsch for breaking the 1 Mile record with a time of 4:55.83 (Previously set in 2016 by Kyle Hughes - 5:03.74). And congrats to Gavin for also breaking the 2 Mile record with a time of 10:58.09 (Previously set in 2017 by Kyle Hughes - 11:20.38)
Hopefully more records to come!!!
Congratulations this past weekend in Mobridge to the 4x100-Meter Relay team (Stephanie Allbee, Breanna Jochim, Mariah Peters, and Brooklyn Helm) on breaking the 4x100 (52.07) meet record that was previously held by Faulkton (52.08, 1998)(Previous HSA record - 2022 - 52.37). And congratulations to the same team on breaking the HSA 4x200-Meter Relay record with a time of 1:50.43.
And....congratulations to Breanna Jochim for breaking the HSA 200-Meter record with a time of 26.71 (Previously held by Taylor Madden - 2011 - 27.20)

Due to weather the varsity track meet next week Tuesday has been moved to Monday. JH will participate in Ipswich leaving @ noon and varsity will participate in Onida leaving at 8:30.
3rd Quarter Honor Roll is Released! Congratulations!
Track & Field Announcement - JH Track Meet @ Gettysburg on Thursday (4/11/23) will start @ noon. Bus will leave at 10:20 AM from Selby.
Football Cheer Tryouts will be held on Friday April 12th, 2024 in Herreid @ 6:30 PM. Selby girls will leave @ 6:00 PM. Flyers are posted on the bulletin board as well as on the social media sites for more information.
Congratulations to Gavin Hirsch on breaking the 3200 Meter record (previously held by Kyle Hughes in 2017 with a time of 11:20.38). Gavin's time was an amazing 10:58.09 (first outdoor meet of the year)!!! Congratulations to Gavin!!!
